Almond Valley Estate
Almond Valley is a breathtaking estate located in the northern region of Mallorca, spanning over 100 hectares of land nestled in the heart of the Tramuntana mountains, just minutes from the picturesque town of Pollensa. The main villa sits gracefully on the slope of a small hill, offering panoramic views of the “Vall den March,” the estate’s 3 hectares of vineyards, and the expansive 4 hectares of lush gardens. These gardens are divided into several beautifully curated zones: Japanese, Islamic, Mallorcan, Mediterranean, and Continental. Within this verdant paradise, you’ll find a fairytale-like lake with an ancient windmill converted into a cozy living room, enchanting fountains, and even a labyrinth.
The Villa
The main house boasts 8 uniquely themed rooms, each inspired by the various flowers and trees found on the estate: Jasmine, Almond, Rose, Rosemary, Lavender, Wisteria, and Olive. Each room is meticulously decorated to reflect its botanical namesake, with frescoes on the walls created by a group of international artists. The villa also offers a variety of living and dining areas, a billiard room, and two fully equipped kitchens. The main kitchen is perfect for creating delicious Mallorcan dishes, while the second kitchen, located by the pool area, provides added convenience. The main house also features a stunning pool with a Pool Bar, which can be heated to 30°C year-round.
The Fields
Our dedicated team of farmers and gardeners tend to a vast array of fruit and citrus trees, including oranges, lemons, grapefruits, tangerines, kumquats, cherries, melons, watermelons, apricots, peaches, figs, and more. They also care for the estate’s 3 hectares of vineyards, where we cultivate 6 different grape varieties: Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Monastrell, and Syrah. Additionally, every year, we produce high-quality olive oil from our olive tree plantations and harvest honey from our 5 beehives.
The Noria House
Nestled within the vineyard lies another magical aspect of the estate: La Noria. This quaint, charming structure is surrounded by lush vegetation and features its private pool, offering an idyllic retreat that immerses you in nature.
The Spa
Completing the full suite of luxury amenities at Almond Valley is our world-class spa in a separate building next to the main villa.
